How do I get the latest information from Melonhopper?

Where are you based?
Melonhopper HQ is in Las Vegas, Nevada. We ship our gorgeous garments from various facilities located within the US.

Do I have to have an account to order?
Nope! Accounts are optional. If you place an order without an account and then later create one using the same email, it will automatically populate with all your previous orders. Cool, huh?

Why can't I order the item I want?
If you can't choose a certain size or item that means that it's sold out. We do our best to stay well stocked, but sometimes you'll have to wait a little more for that perfect item, so keep checking back or set up a friendly alert!

Will I receive an Order Confirmation email after placing an order?
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to the email submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received an order or shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@melonhopper.com and we will look into it right away.

What's the estimated delivery time?
In stock items are shipped out bi-weekly. Depending on FedEx, UPS, & USPS delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, the delivery time varies between 2-5 business days. Delivery times are subject to delay during holidays and extreme weather conditions.

What if my payment doesn't go through?
Due to security reasons your card must be issued in the same country as you place the order from and the shipping address must also be in that same country.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Please note that some American and Canadian card companies may place a block against foreign purchases. In this case, you'll need to call your card company and have them to remove the block.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Contact us at orders@melonhopper.com and use your order # as the subject, and we’ll look into it promptly.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. Contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. If you refuse a shipment from Melonhopper, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Melonhopper. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.



 

Returns

Return Policy
Returns are for store credit only and must be postmarked within 14 days of the ship date, unworn and unwashed with all tags, including Melonhopper hangtags, attached.

Return postage is covered by the customer and can be mailed back via any shipping method. Please note that original shipping charges and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made using store credit. After receiving the code via email, place a new order anytime on www.melonhopper.com.

How To Make a Return
To initiate a return, send an email to orders@melonhopper.com.

In the subject line of the email include "Return: order #_____ style #_____." In the body of the email, please indicate the reason for your return.

After receiving a Return Authorization email from us, please print this email and place it inside the original packaging, along with the items being returned.




Store Credit

What should I know about store credit?
  • Store Credit may be used online at our website, www.melonhopper.com.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
